The scenario is this. Out-of-state illegal aliens are paying cheaper tuition than "instate" legal citizens. When I say "instate" I mean instate ILLEGALLY.

Right we still suffer from activist liberals on the S.C. that ruled that illegal aliens have a RIGHT to education in our country. Do they also have a right to health care here? A right to whatever the hell they want?

Not in my opinion, and certainly not in the constitution. We simply need to rid the S.C. of these vermin.

"Amnesty" could add enormous amounts of money to income tax receipts and go a long way toward paying back the enormous debt George has racked up playing soldier in Iraq.

How does this work?  In-state is in-state.  If you're instate, get DREAMed, establish residency in, say, Oklahoma, and then go to Oklahoma State, how does that make them "out of state?"  Are you suggesting that DREAM would allow people who live in Texas to go to Berkeley at in-state CA tuition?  Because that would be eleven kinds of stupid.

 That's how it should have read. The center piece of the DREAM act is to allow in-state illegal aliens with instate tuition rates.

That is unfair to legal out-of-state students who will be paying twice as much as their illegal alien counter parts.

You know....that pesky social security card getting in the way of using the pander programs that liberals designed.

An in-state resident is an in-state resident.  Their state taxes helped pay for the school; the out-of-state person's did not.  It's pretty simple.
