Ken, I am truly sorry that both the Ravens and Eagles kicked the shit out the "them Cowboys". And yes, while “them Cowboys” do suck, there is no need for you to continue you race based profanity laden rant from last two Sundays evenings on TYT. You are going to give yourself turrets.

Really, people are actually trying to break down my nickname?
Take it for what I say it is... and take my origin for what I say it is... parents from southern Nigeria in Delta State.

The first part of my name is taken from the NIGER RIVER, not the N-word. No code, no hidden language, no trying to get one over anybody. If I really wanted to use the N-word I would have done it, period.

This is not to say that I did not take into account that people would make the inference that I meant "nigger" and not "Niger". But that in itself would be a starting point to talk about the origin of the N-word.

The N-word originates from the Portuguese and Spanish word for black: negro or negra.
This was the terminology used for black slaves in Europe and the Americas as the Portuguese were the first to start the Sub-Saharan Transatlantic slave trade. There was also a French cognate of black- negre.

Niger and Nigeria are not derived from negro, its not.

I'm probably going to change my nickname if for no other reason than to have people focus on the topics I write on than comment on the taboo of a nickname most will pigeonhole into what it was never meant to be.

Sorry, the nickname is no new slang, and focus on the post.
