I think this is kind of nitpicking.  Anyway, would you rather they pick a Romney or a Huckabee?  At least McCain is trying keep the frothing-at-the-mouth types (like Cunningham) from setting the tone of his campaign.  I don't know if this will end up making a difference or not, but you have to give him credit for doing that much.
