Paul is so far out in right field that no one in their right mind would support him. That of course explains your support.

Explain this lie of yours for our readers::

Liberals think our troops are like Nazis or at least Durbin does. He wants Osama to kill as many of the evil U.S. troops as they can.

Show us the documentation where Durbin ever stated  wrote or spoke the words that  he wants Osama to kill as many of the evil U.S. troops as they can.

Show us where any " liberal" or anyone else in the Democratic Party stated they want Osama to kill as many of the evil U.S. troops as they can.

...who also happen to be Democrats just might have an opinion on that kind of nonsense--of cooooooooourse.  I don't recall ever wanting to become one of Osama's victims, nopenope.  Who would ever go on record with such a ridiculous statement? <peers>

"Not a single one of them would ever vote Republican."

I think it's safe to assume they voted for Ron Paul himself, who is currently a Republican.

... 9/11 "truther" nutters vote Democrat normally?  I see them as largely synonymous with the militia movement and other "freedom" movements, all of which tend to the right of the spectrum, as do libertarians et al.  I personally never heard more "truther" silliness than the period I spent listening to the "Free Talk Live" podcast, which is heavily right wing/libertarian (granted the silliness was from the call ins, not the hosts).  You're not thinking the loony lefties like Rosanne really make up the bulk of that silliness, do you?

I wonder why Paul didn't use the Dems as his vehicle, then.  Odd.

Durbin called our troops Nazis right? I was making a joke about him calling them Nazis!

Where did Durbin call our troops Nazi's? Show us the statement. Let me help you from the Congressional Record

“If I read this to you and did not tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have been done by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime — Pol Pot or others — that had no concern for human beings. Sadly, that is not the case. This was the action of Americans in the treatment of their prisoners.

So, show us a reference.

where liberals Democrats or Senator Durbin  or any one else said wrote or otherwise implied that:

Liberals think our troops are like Nazis or at least Durbin does. He wants Osama to kill as many of the evil U.S. troops as they can.

Oh BTW From Attorney General nominee Michael Mukasey’s confirmation hearings

"got underway this morning, and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Pat Leahy (D-Vt.) explored Mukasey’s position on administration torture policies.

Not only did Michael Mukasey repudiate the so-called 2002 “torture memo” signed by Office of Legal Counsel chief Jay Bybee — which appears to have survived in spirit, if not in letter — but he compared U.S. torture to the Holocaust.

Most significantly, Mukasey said that he is unaware of any inherent commander-in-chief authority to override legal restrictions on torture — a huge repudiation of Dick Cheney, David Addington and John Yoo’s perspective on broad constitutional powers possessed by the president in wartime — or to immunize practitioners of torture from prosecution. That answer is sure to create anxiety inside the CIA, where many interrogators fear that they will be brought up on charges for carrying out interrogation methods earlier approved by the administration.

The Bybee memo is “worse than a sin, it’s a mistake,” Mukasey said. He referenced the photographs taken by U.S. troops who liberated the Nazi concentration camps in 1945 to document the “barbarism” the U.S. opposed. “They didn’t do that so that we could then duplicate it ourselves.” Beyond legal restrictions barring torture clearly, torture is “antithetical to everything this country stands for.Link

and if i put up a video of bush with the thanksgiving turkey for the troops and titled it, "BUSH SHITS IN A TURKEY AND MAKES OUR TROOPS EAT IT" does the story suddenly change because of the story's title?

no, just like a misleading (and wrong) title for that video isn't gonna to change the fact durbin never called our troops nazis.

That was no "joke" Thanks for the link to the video which the transcript is contained in Congression Record I quoted you moron.

Durbin apologized for any misunderstanding generated by your right wing mouths like Rove and Limbaugh...i

He never compared the troops to Nazis...just more mindless regurgitation of Limbaugh spew plus an out right lie...

So, show us a reference.

Show us where anyone at TYT, in Democratic party...myself said we want Osama to kill as many of the evil U.S. troops as they can.

Show us some demands for apologies from your brain dead idols that the Attorney General of the United States apologize for the same type of comment.

If not aplogize for you remarks.

I like this.

"Not a single one of them would ever vote Republican."

I'm very sure that Paul could take votes away from Republicans. The Libertarian wing, the Minuteman wing, the gun crazy militia wing, etc.

Ken has recently realized that the only way Republicans can ever hold the White House is nominating the biggest RINO there party has ever seen.  Ken has even argued that John "RINO" McCain needs to pick a running mate even more left that he is.

The traditional Republican voters have voiced there opinion on McCain on super Tuesday and we know what they think of him.

The House and Senate are going to pick up more Democratic seats in November. I can link to people on both the left and the right that will agree with me. More Democrats in the congress plus a RINO in the White House, all I can say is wow.

Ken, you are the endangered species in your own party and I hope it does not drive you insane.

"Not a single one of them would ever vote Republican."

This makes perfect sense!  Okay, here it is:

Libertarians want to deregulate just about everything, right?  And they want smaller government, too.  Well, Republicans support deregulation and smaller government (Well, at least in theory.  I think that conservatives -- as opposed to neocons -- realize that Bush Jr. was a terrible mistake for their goals).  What's more, it's always Democrats who want more regulation and bigger government.  Right?  Sure!

Therefore Libertarians and Republicans are natural allies, and both are natural enemies of Democrats.

So why would Libertarians vote Democratic rather than for a conservative Republican, even one like McCain who supports at least some of their objectives?

Well, I figured it out.  As soon as I saw the KenTX had proffered this seemingly ridiculous idea, it hit me: If Ken says it then it absolutely is ridiculous, and that's why it must be true!  Just look at their current "leader", Ron Paul.  This guy is absolutely looney tunes, right?  And to support this nut for the Presidency, you've got to be nuts too, right?  Therefore, since Ron Paul's supporters are nuts, they would vote Democratic instead of Republican if Ron Paul didn't run.

See?

Sometimes it takes a nut like KenTX to help us understand other nuts.  Thanks, Ken!
