Those 300 super delegates have been waiting to find out whose ass they have to kiss in order to keep their jobs next year.  I'm not sure why Edwards has been waiting.  Maybe he wants a seat in the cabinet or on the court.

But none of those people have been waiting because they think it's good for the party or for the country.  They're waiting because they think it's good for them.

But I don't care if they endorse Obama or Clinton or wait until the convention.  Clinton doesn't have the delegates.  She won't have the popular vote.  She won't be the nominee.

Thats exactly the problem, she won't have the popular vote or the delegates. All that will happen between now and when we get a nominee is harsh scrutiny of Hillary and Barack. We would be better served with our nominee and McCain under the spotlight.

After aour primary is over we begin to try to unify the party around our canditdate. The republics have had a month to do so with potenially several more. Do we want to hobble from the end of August through September and October into November?  I don't.
