Nice info.

So it begins

Instead of discussing strategy we are in a debate over guns

Why are we so stupid.

The issue isn't guns, it is strategy (MISINFORMATION) to label him the typical Liberal.

No surprise they do it against all of our candidates. It works better against candidates that the voters are not familiar with. They simply assume the liberal label.

... except that last little bit.

"It works better against candidates that the voters are not familiar with." Really? So it wouldn't work as well with, say, Al Gore (who was pretty damn familiar to the voters, having been VP for the previous eight years) as it would with, I dunno... Bill Clinton (who was the governor of a small state and who was familiar to nobody, possibly even within his own state)??????

"Labelling them the typical liberal" is meaningless, they keep changing how the "typical liberal" is supposed to be un-American or elitist. Not fighting these ridiculous labels being attached to liberalism is what causes us damage, they automatically ascribe a "liberal" label to the Dem because that is what the Dem is supposed to be! We are technically liberals and our candidates should be as well. If you don't think so... you do know there is also a conservative party, right? They happen to have been consistently wrong about everything in modern history, both domestically and with regards to foreign policy, but if that's what floats your boat, then by all means, go forward. If you believe fiscal responsibility, balanced budgets, limits on government power are all conservative ideas, however, you are sadly mistaken. Those are all now, "liberal" points, as the only limits conservatives want placed on government are regarding punishing elite, corporate and political criminals and staying out of the way of big business when it is trying to fuck over regular people and the country in general.
