but Chilis has these amazing boneless habanero wings with a sweet mango dipping sauce.  Very delicious.

The bone just gets in the way, and can be gross at times.

Boneless rocks, as does O'Boobigans.

But if I want "boneles wings" why don't I just go eat a nugget, or a tender, or a breast?  I don't dislike boneless, I just object to the term.  It's false marketing bullshit.  Half of the fun with wings is the project.  It gives me a sense of accomplishment when I look down at my plate and see all those bones, and nobody can take that away from me.  Nobody!

You know the two boned type of wing.  Not the little drumetted but the other one.

I can put one of those in lengthwise, catch the starting point of the meat on my teeth and pull it out and what is left looks like bleached bone. Awesome.  My wife is a huge fan of this maneuver in public.

Can't do that with boneless.

And I agree, what exactly is the difference between a chicken nugget and a boneless wing?

Quality of the meat, the breading and the sauce.

The End  ;)
