As for me

Pad Thai (and panang curry) with a side of peanut sauce
Naan (Indian bread), oh, and Kashmiri Naan (the dessert Indian bread)
Samosas (Indian appetizer)
Enchiladas Bananas (figure it out)
Gnocci (enough said)
Stuffed pastas (enough said)

As for desserts, generally anything that's baked or fried and still warm with a cold topping is delicious.
