I don't *have* to eat it with bread (none / 0)
It just goes from "good" to "fuckin' delicious" with bread. 

You're telling me you can eat a bowl of potato, bacon and cheddar soup and not feel as though you've eaten anything?

Besides, it's not like soup is the main course, it's generally an appetizer.  I don't sit down and eat a meal comprised of mozzarella sticks, but they sure do taste good as an appetizer.
