Now the waiter brings the smoldering stone bowl to the table with a tourine of crab and white asperagus soup and pours it over the rice cake.  It crackles and spits, and then is served in small ceramic bowls.  In the right Vietnamese resterant, presesntation and everything is under 6 bucks.
