is General Tso's Favorite Chicken, but Uncle Chen's style. 

Not the deep-fried, batter coated chicken breast chunks that are coated in sweet vinegar sauce with a little chile.  No way.  

Chicken thighs that are marinated in soy and rice vinegar and chile and GARLIC.  Then, said chicken thigh chunks are dredged in flour and deep fried.  Then, wok with hot oil is hit with garlic, then chicken chunks, toss, then marinade and lots of fresh chopped green onions.

Serve with rice.  Fucking  awesome - my desert island food.
