I'm in favor of giving junkies all the free drugs they want until they kill themselves.

My objective is eugenics. We have an opportunity to rid the country of the "addictive" gene and the "lazy" gene by not promoting propagation of those people.

Two of "those people" being Rush Limbaugh and Dubya.  If you're willing to have eugenics claim your biggest hero (second only to dear old dad) then I guess you really are committed to it.  And on the "'lazy' gene", nobody works harder than a drug addict.  It's a 24/7 job.
