I have been working on the problem of the on-demand video not working, and we are almost there.
I apologize for the delays and frustration.  On the issue of timing of when the video or audio will be posted, I have to apologize again in advance, but the files will be available only much later in the day than before, since the show starts later, and also they will usually be available after a longer time after the end of the show.
