Apparently, to translate into a more traditional statistic, Michelle Obama is at 24% approval/ 21% disapproval if I did my math right.

The average Congressmen would be happy with those numbers.  Lets compare to other figures in the same poll (not disaggragated by race):

McCain 31/32/-1

Obama 39/31/+8

Cindy 18/8/+10

Michelle 29/16/+13

Hillary 46/38/+8

Bill 46/42/+4

That is the data from Pollingreport.com anyway.  So clearly we "white people" (Cenk's white?) don't actually hate Michelle.

The far more disturbing question is why the hell does this MSM in general and this guy in particular seem so hell bent on insisting we hate her?

I mean, when I look at this poll I don't ask the question why do we hate Michelle?  I am far more inclined to ask why don't people like McCain!!!

This NYT story is at absolute best wildly incompetent, at worst it is just a flat out dishonest attempt to manufacture a reality that just doesn't exist.
