Are you sure you know what this new FISA bill says?  I know I'm not.

Just keeping an open mind...

On Dan Abrams' show, US Rep Smith had this to say about the new FISA bill.  So, folks Like John Dean and Russ Feingold and Chris Dodd are against it, is there actually a valid counterpoint?  Based on what Rep. Smith says in the clip, there may be a logical flipside.
