Anonymous can defend their actions by claiming, rightly, that Sarah Palin is a threat to national security.  If she objects to that, just say, "9/11 changed everything.  Why do you hate America? Do you want to win the War on Terror YES OR NO?"

Don't the new rules for the FBI allow an agent to start an investigation without probable cause independent of supervision?  Lets hope Anonymous is a FBI agent.
