If you think that this is a GOTCHA moment. You're absolutely wrong. The exact opposite is true.

It's her private e-mail account. She deleted it because it got hacked. So, now she has a valid reason to delete it, other than to obstruct. She can't be charged with obstruction.

And NONE of this hacked stuff is admissible because it was gained illegally. You can NEVER say that she was conducting business through this account, because there is no proof that can be recognized by a court.

This was the best thing that could have happened to her in this case.

It may be that it's backed-up on a Yahoo server somewhere, in which case, it's still in play.
