One of my girl friends runs a sex club in California.  They have events in various places and they set up rooms for various interests, such as a dungeon and places to just hang out.  I have not been, but I had a long conversation with her about what it is like and it sounded like a very cool situation, if you are into sex and don't require knowing your partner all that well.  Surprisingly enough, it is not just men showing up ;)
