it is pretty amazing (none / 0)
that an allusion to FISA was even made in the DARK KNIGHT.  The whole ending almost seemed like one big reference to wiretapping, and the ethical questions behind spying on people.  Although, I have to admit, eagle eye looks like the matrix crossed with enemy of the state, and I don't know if that's going to make it "good" or "cliche".
