It was actually the guys that created South Park behind it.

Tina Fey HAS to play Palin though.  I can't be the only one who sees the resemblance.

And Peter Boyle* as...  The Maverick.

I work with a young female teacher who says she is convinced there really is no Sarah Palin and this is all a brilliant Tina Fey routine.
