I remember having a discussion with a co-worker years ago about how the Iraq war was sold and the culpability of Bush/Cheney in not being on watch before 9/11 and I referenced points from Franken's book "Lies" and the chapter "Operation Ignore" and this co-worker just looked at me and said:
"Al Franken?.. the comedian Al Franken??"

Yes.. pissant. Senator. Al. Franken.
