It's way too early to give up on him, but yes, there is some reason to be disappointed based on early indications in some areas.

Pork isnt spending money we dont have. Pork is inserting a provision in a bill  that have nothing whatsoever to do with the bill they where inserted into to siphon money to a particular reps  district.
