and I was struck by your definition of terrorism. Specifically since 9-11 the term has been used to caste less violent extremists (such as animal rights groups) with terrorists that engage in lethal violence on a regular basis. Once someone is labeled a terrorist, suddenly any conceivable measure against them is on the table, no matter how violent, and all proportionality is lost. Not to mention the arbitrary designation as an "enemy combatant" which instantly dissolves all constitutional rights.
I was dissappointed by Morton Klein's performance. When he brought up Nazi's I figured he was effectively conceding the argument. Cenk handled it extremely well, in my opinion.
