I did watch, and Ana is right on all points. PLUS with our attempting to have equality in all things, regardless of race, sex, religion, the sentences for male and female offenders MUST be equal.

Also, the consensual aspect must be figured in. Cenk and I see this about the same - I've seen some very young hot girls, but 13 is too young for sex even in "marriage", even if the other party is 15, though jail would probably be wrong for such a young person as there is just s couple years difference (a 13-18 pairing, maybe jail for that). But I had a teacher I wanted in 12th and if we had sex, she should not have been prosecuted. Not sure that she should lose her job even today. After all, I went after her. (She was about as pretty as the woman in this story, or better)
