This isn't an issue about their sex life, if they want to have sexy doggy or missionary or reverse cowgirl or if they like spanking it to Bill O'Rielly that is their business and nobody would care, the issue is that they are keeping neighbors up with the extremely loud noise that they are making every night. Anna would you be upset if the government told them to keep it down if they were partying every night? Or playing video games extremely loudly at 3AM? I doubt it. This isn't a sex issue its a violation of the local laws regarding noise after a certain hour.
