The thing I would like to know is wether the neighbor spoke to them about it befor taking them to court. If the neighbor went over there, and said "Hey guys I live next door and you guys are REALLY loud like every night. I am having a hard time getting some sleep and your disturbing me." But they continued making the noise, than i am 100% on cenk's side. although I do apreciate ana's point about the government not sticking its nose into people's personal live's. If they cant solve the dispute personaly then you have to solve it publicly, that is a function of government.
