ban them.
having first hand experience with this subject, I found it very inappropriate and inconsiderate. I have to admit it was very funny the first time, the second time, but after couple of days, it was just too much for the rest of residents to hear one of our neighbors moaning all night (it wasn't just moaning, there was a lot of slapping as well) :D
