Cenk said something about the sound level from these sexual interludes was 40 dB.  My local audio expert, my husband, says this is not all that loud.  He compared it to hearing me talking in the kitchen when he was inside his somewhat soundproofed music listening room.  He said the complainer should just get ear plugs.  (I think it also meant I am too loud.)
