I'm going to have to agree with Cenk on this, although the couple has every right to have sex however they want the fact that they are disturbing their neighbors every night and not allowing them to have proper sleep is a problem, and should be dealt with by the proper authorities. If it was only a couple of nights a week it could slide, but every night for several hours? a little bit excessive.
