I don't care if she yodels while she prepares her meals and I don't care if she uses a jackhammer as part of her beauty routine.  I think it is an issue of noise and not the activity attached to it.  Put it this way~  I have birds who can be very loud.  I live in a single dwelling home because I know that my birds would drive potential neighbors nuts.  I am sure these people knew that this woman was (apparently) exceptionally loud during sex before they decided to move into an apartment.  Unfortunately some folks lack common sense and because of that nuisance laws must be put into place.
