A sad tale for sure...

His messiah ObaMao has control of all of the power in the government and yet they cant even pass one meaningful piece of legislation... :(

So now instead of selling his ideas and generating support for his beliefs and values, he'd rather sit and bitch and complain about those "Wascillay Wepubwicans" who ruined our country, only to discover that in actuality there was NEVER a budget surplus, only unrealistic projections of one based on short term financing of loans and monies that never came to fruition...

He also sits and wonders how we got here, knowing that Democrats have controlled the congress (the ones who spend the money in those defecit eras) about 40 of the last 50 years (the only non Democrat control being 1994-2006) He likes to twist figures like "One or the other", but in fact we all know that spending can only originate in the House...

He dreams that the housing bubble was a "Wepubwican Pwobwem" when in fact is was "Bawney Fwank" and "Chawie Wangel" who told us that we were racists for not giving homeloans to poor colored people who couldnt afford to pay them back... So much for the "Wepubwican theowy" on that one...

He forgets that "major legislation" was passed during the Bush years, but most of it was to protect us from further attack and to bomb stupid Muslims back into the stone age, so that doesnt count in his eyes...

Hell, Barack ObaMao hasnt introduced ANY major war legislation and he STILL cant get any domestic changes accomplished even though he has control of the whole damn system!

All ObaMao has to do is say the word and our worries in iraq and Afghanistan could be home by Christmas - but of course, that doesnt benefit him or his party politically, so he'll bring them home around the middle of next October just before the 2010 election (how convienent). How many soldiers will die needlessly to benefit ObaMao politically???

Bitching about Bush and the Wascally Wepubwicans will get you nowhere, Russ - Like the old bumper sticker says "Cash, Grass or Ass: Nobody Rides for Free" - Its time for ObaMao and the Dems to PUT OUT OR GET OUT...

:) Hope the grandbabies are well....

Bobo1 .. your party had nothing to do with the deficits it was all the Democrats doing ... & please don't give me this B.S about  the house spends the money .. where were the fiscal conservatives from 2000 - 2006?????

Plus as proclaimed Fiscal Conservatives ... why didn't the Dubya, Bush Snr, or Raygun (the top 3 budget deficit contributors in modern US history) ... veto these Bills???

& what  "major legislation" did Dubya pass??? >> "FISA", "Patriot Act" & "Terror Alert Levels" all which were considered unconstitutional by those who actually follow the constitution

You say Obama hasn't done nothing ... so why the name "ObaMao"???

The Deficit is only important . . when you folks are out of power ......

A Proud Progressive!!!

WTF are you talking about? "Wascillay Wepubwicans"?

That is a talent, I must say, typing like your giving a blow job. No, wait you think I 'm Ken! or are you drunk...again?

I am glad you know what I'm thinking.  Like I said, take a side or shut the fuck up.

So tell me Kreskin,  what am I thinking now?

But here's a little water to throw on your wingnut fantasy:

Drunk Bobo says  "there was NEVER a budget surplus, only unrealistic projections of one based on short term financing of loans and monies that never came to fruition..."

CBO the nonpartisan budget analysis arm of Congress said:

Congressional Budget Office projects higher 2000 budget surplus.

May 12, 2000

The Congressional Budget Office said Friday that the projected U.S. budget surplus will exceed $200 billion for this fiscal year, up from its previous estimate of $179 billion.

The CBO, the nonpartisan budget analysis arm of Congress, also said that the portion of the surplus excluding Social Security reserves should top $40 billion, up from its previous $26 billion estimate for fiscal 2000, which ends September 30.

Higher budget surplus projections will likely ignite an already hot election year debate over whether to use the money for tax cuts or government spending.

Leaders of both parties have vowed not to use surplus funds from the Social Security trust fund, which leaves the estimated $40 billion for the fight over how to spend it.

The new figures could be good news for Texas Gov. George W. Bush, the likely Republican presidential nominee, who has agreed that there is enough of a federal surplus to pay for his five-year, $483 billion tax cut as well as spending proposals on education, health-care, housing and the environment. allpolitics.com

So I guess that Bush knew there was no budget surplus..and started deficit spending anyway.

So stick to teaching...no..don't do that either Arizona is 43rd in achievement test rankings.

Your response show why.

Way to go.

 (They are fine)

WTF are you talking about?

Why bother asking him when it's clear he has no idea?

I'm still wondering where the Elmer Fudd ebonics came from.

ObaMao? Is that a wing nut inside joke? I'm sure the nutters were rolling in the isles when they read that.

He is also factually impaired. I suppose being Kens understudy has rubbed off.

I don't mind having a discussion but when a poster tells me what I'm thinking, particularly when I haven't even intimated that thought, ever, is a pisser.
