Unless this is an April Fool's joke (in November?) or a literary exercise, you should seek help. I'm guessing chemical therapy, but I'm no expert. Just remind yourself that people are way to stupid and/or self-absorbed to be bothered to perpetrate the elaborate schemes you describe, and seek medical assistance. Good luck. Be well.
