Having a debate with one you quickly find they are not logical thinkers, they are emotional, Most are led by fear and refuse to believe anything that goes against those fears. They also tend to be the quickest to violence, thinking that a bomb can solve all political differences.
It's just two different types of people, sadly.
I Do take pride in the knowledge though that educated people in the order of magnitude take on a more liberal view of life.... Someone had the quote "its not true that most conservative people are stupid, it however IS true that most stupid people are Conservative.
