Why have you never heard about this? I suspect you haven't been paying attention for the last 8 years. The "witness", the "conspiracy" has been debunked so many times by now it has become a new "grassy knoll".

The people who are most likely to say that the Bush government was responsible (organising, training or just looking the other way) now explain why it was no controlled demolition.

The government is responsible, and they don't even have to deny it, because they had people claiming they did it a certain way. They didn't do it that way, which can be proven. The general gist people get is they didn't do it.
