It just needs to be "tax friendly" - I am certainly not advocating a tax free economy, but things could be made to function much easier and more profitable if the tax code was simplified or at least not designed to prevent business and revenue from expanding without harsh punishment. BTW, Call of Duty is WAY TO EASY for me, Jesse. A good game of Risk or Othello, perhaps? :)
