I doubt anything's decided. They're testing the waters with Ed Shultz. I've never listened to his show, so I don't know whether I'd find him a good pick or not.

As for diversity concerns, they're a non-issue as far as I'm concerned. Plus, Cenk's white in my book anyway. He's no darker skinned than say your typical Greek, after all.

Anyway, should Cenk get the show, I think he has to part with the teleprompter presentation style Olbermann and Maddow do (and I find Maddow is a brilliant presenter). For Cenk to thrive he needs free flow and a conversational format, I believe.
