Obama wants government to set wages and bonuses, deliver health care and even regulate the carbon dioxide we exhale. Is there any sector of the economy Obama does not want to control?

I don't think Obama is intentionally exacerbating chaotic conditions, he is just flailing about in his very first executive position, and the on the job training is much more difficult than he expected.
