man i tryed to explain a 2 part solution and all i get is mostly kill kill kill, these ppl are criminal but they wernt allways like that we need to give them back thier fishing rights and normal way life as well as protecting shiping till pirating stopes, and yes no payments for pirates, but hell yes sort out the problems they have in their own water, they cant do it we have to.
