I can't figure this out.  Col. Wilkerson was the man in charge of vetting intelligence for Gen. Powell before he gave that ridiculous speach in front of the UN.  You know, the one where he was waving around a vial of baking soda and talking about Iraq's imaginary mobile bioweapons factories.  He is, himself, one of the people responsible for the Iraq war.  Powell used his credibility and respect to get us into this mess.  Now, Wilkerson is being given a platform to repair his and Powell's credibility all while blaming everything on Dick Cheney.  Give me a fucking break.

This man is either incredibly incompetent or an unrepentant liar.  As I said before, he was in charge of vetting the intelligence for Powell.  Now, he's going on the Maddow show and talking about Cheney's deferments.  Really, Wilkerson?  When did Dick Cheney become a coward?  Tell me more.

This is obviously a bunch of self-serving bullshit and I'm tired of this war-mongering clown being given airtime on supposedly liberal shows.  You want to know who's responsible for the Iraq war?  It's people like Wilkerson.  Now, after his bosses are out of power and have been politically discredited he's running around denouncing torture and insulting Cheney. 

Dick Cheney was a coward and a scumbag 30 years ago.  Anybody that walked into the Bush administration in 2000 and took orders for 4 years obviously didn't care about any of that.  Gen. Powell was a high ranking cabinet member as Sec. of State.  Either he is incredibly incompetant, or he knew good and well that he was lying us into war and that his bosses were ordering torture.  Either way, there showed be no quarter in progressive circles for ANY of these people that failed to defend American ideals when it counted.
