If you decide to stick around, you might want to get accustomed to it. I have a feeling - no proof, just a gut feeling! - you'll be seeing a LOT of it in responses to your posts.

I'm pretty sure Doominator was not being Sarcastic about two of the most gifted military leaders in US history.

His profile indicates he is a big fan of history.

Just because you are a sarcastic little bitch doesn't mean the rest of us are.

And to add to my comments directed towards the Doominator (awsome name by the way).  Just because McCarthur was corrupt at one time, which I believe the history indicates beyond a reasonable doubt, does not mean he didn't vindicate himself in Korea, through ACTION.

However, I would point out this is a man, ostensibly SERVING, his country who once he got popular enough publicly tired to ignore the orders of his Commander and Chief (Truman).  This violates one of the fundemental principles of the constitution: civilian leadership of the Armed Forces.

Pooperscooper doominator (really stupid name by the way) replied to One Hit Kill in a way reminiscent of one who doesn't understand sarcasm. To wit:

"huh? what are you talking about?"

I then offered him an opportunity to expand his limited knowledge with a couple of links so he would at least know the meaning, if not actually understand how it works. Feel free to click on them yourself.

As long as I have your attention (assuming no shiny objects have passed through your range of vision while reading this), I suggest that you give yourself an "F" for this semester of self-taught Latin for thinking "phi" is the same as "fi."

I sincerely want to help with your thread following disability though, so click on the "My Preferences" link, then the "Comment Prefs" link and change the "Comment display mode:" to "Threaded." Maybe then you'll be able to figure out the intricacies of posting a reply to the correct poster.
