I'm sure he was a patriot but this man was never president. He took some sort of controlling role in the continental congress, but that does not make him president.

Unfortunately both Wiki and Scopes is Wrong (none / 0)

He took the role of President of the Congress. Just As the Vice President is the President of the Senate. An election took place in the Continental Congress and the position was given him unanimously.
