But... with all the evidence up to 911 they could've done more to prevent it.  Not saying that 911 could have been prevented but they could've tried.

There are so many conspiracy theories out and a lot of them can be disproven very easily.  But I do believe the administration used 911 to further their imperialist manifest destiny ways on other countries.
