...do some honestly good work with AIDS relief in Africa?  I know it hasn't been perfect, since "abstinence" programs have problematic consequences, but many on the Left have pointed to this as a lone bright light.

while Bush's approval rating in the US was at 20% his approval rating in Africa was at 80%.  Africans LOVED Bush for what he did for their country... it's funny he did better things for another country rather than his own.  How does that make sense?
