Jew = race and religion (none / 0)

If I beat a Jew up and I tell the police and prosecutor that I beat the Jew up because I hate Jews, I will be routinely prosecuted for two hate crimes.  One for race, one for religion. 

 There is a very well defined differentiation in history action and laws.
