Where do I begin to respond to such a transparently good-hearted and well-intentioned outpouring of such utterly impractical, hopelessly idealistic romantic nonsense?

For example, before you can even begin to attack the issue of parenting, you will need to do something about a brutally misogynistic culture, one which treats women like livestock. Ironically, the last recorded words of the Prophet (PBUH) before he ascended to Paradise, were a plea to all Muslims to be kind and understanding to women.

Your suggestion is a noble one, but there is a great deal of foundation work to be done before it will become even remotely possible to sell this idea, or practical to implement it.

Romania had a horrible culture resulting from their communist experience that allowed children to be abused.  I believe most Iranians would be highly offended if you characterized them as abusing their children.  Whether I agree with their culture or not, Islam does not promote the abuse of children and most Muslims should and would be offended by your western sentiments to that effect.

As for North Korea, it is no different than Romania. The simple solution there is to take out the leadership and blend it into South Korea.  Never happen.  To busy in Pakistan.

Don't waste your vote, vote Green or Independent in the next election.
