I see links on Drudgereport also saying the same: no FBI investigation of Sarah. In those links they also say Sarah is taking legal action against the bloggers who reprint the lies about poor sweet Sarah.

I don't think Sarah would allow a fan site to collect PAC donations in her name.

The FBI doesn't speak for the US Government (none / 0)
They speak only for the FBI.  The FBI might not be investigating her, but our government is composed more than one investigative and regulatory agency.
