She can't decide what she wants to be when she grows up.  I hope she can hang on until closer to 2012 before totally flaming out but I doubt it.

If this were anyone else in the world, this explanation would seem absurd and I'd think you were completely joking. But it's Sarah Palin and I think you are on to something here. How many colleges did she go to again to get ONE degree? I think being Governor just wasn't so FUN anymore. Part of it WAS because of all the attention she got from being McCain's running mate. Before then though, as Governor she had a lot of perks and she took her family along to "official functions" on the state's dime: they all flew for free and stayed in the best hotels. No one cared before she was tapped for McCain's running mate and then all the perks got scrutinized. And maybe there was a HUGE "perk" we don't know about yet as Cenk suggests. Still even if it was all these little abuses we all knew about, she had to give money back and she can't do it again and when everyone is so MEAN to her this Governor stuff is kinda HARD and she just doesn't want to PLAY anymore. So just like she likely changed schools whenever college stopped being fun, she can just dump that stinky old Governor job and do something else.
