We're just ignoring him.  It works, too.  I'm a lot happier since I've decide to quit reading his junk.  Of coures, on the occasions that I accidentally read a comment of his, as soon as I see his name, it just rolls right off my back.  "Oh, that's just Ken," I say to myself.  And then <poof!> he's gone.

Ignoring him is ten times better than banning him anyway. If he were banned, his victim fantasy would be fulfilled. The policy of ignoring and/or blocking his nonsense on a personal basis, on the other hand, is deliciously anticlimactic. He'll take months to die. He's the new Terri Schiavo.
