The user in question has revealed an actual name associated with with the blog name. I have no idea if they synonymous or the person behind the alias picked that name out of a hat or knows the real person in some way.
I'm not saying the person is mentally ill. I'm not qualified to make that determination. the pattern of behavior is indeed disturbing and strange. In the past I have warned the user that revealing personal information on the public web is foolhardy and dangerous. That fact does not deter him/her.
I can only conclude that the TYT user does not share those concerns because its not his / her information that is being revealed. If I am right, the real owner of the name is probably unaware that his name and personal history being used in this manner.
Either way ,what one does in anonymity is a direct reflection on the public persona of that individual.
The user in question came to TYT about the same time G W Bush was ascendant in his presidency, post 9-11. His "Texan" persona reflects the desire to be "superior" by association relying on current events to bolster the fantasy.
Obviously, the person of interest has significant family issues. Family and the embellishment of family "accomplishments"
and wealth is a common thread in his/her posts. To me that indicates a troubled and disappointing childhood. The user is also severely homophobic, probably out of self loathing or some other traumatic childhood event.
The overtly racist comments and hate speech indicates transference of his intense resentment for being associated with that socioeconomic group throughout his childhood. He/she was probably bused to a school of upper or upper middle class origins adding to his sense of inferiority. His/her hate directed at the poor and disadvantaged indicate a poor, deprived upbringing with little happiness, an abusive, probably alcoholic father and a distant uninvolved mother and resentment for his wealthy classmates.
He/she has made several comments about the obese and his workout ethic, most likely due to his poor body image and weight issues.
Every new thread provides the user with an opportunity to create a web based fantasy world were he\she is the center of the universe, successful and rich. This explains why he/she gravitates toward conservative politics. On TYT he can claim to be one of the elite.
The user is most likely a male, 35-55 of mixed heritage, of lower social and economic class unmarried and incapable of maintaining a long term relationship.
He works in a hourly wage job, a job that provides him with access to a computer and ,most importantly, time. Jobs like a security guard , watchman or some shift work would be most likely.
