i heard night watchman (none / 0)
everytime I asked what are you doing up at this hour?  Like 3 am Houston time.. the answer always was   getting ready to go work out

so I have no problem with the scenario  

My guess is..  his Dr put him in the obese weight classification

He works at an oil based company around Houston as a night watchman.
